NIS2

NIS2 and Lithuanian Cyber Security Law compliance

Lithuania implemented the NIS2 Directive through its amended Law on Cyber Security, in force since 18 October 2024 and supervised by the National Cyber Security Centre (NKSC). Entities included in the register have 12 months to implement organisational requirements and 24 months for technical ones. I help you get there realistically and in proportion to your size.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if NIS2 applies to us?

It depends on your sector, size and activities. NKSC notifies listed entities, but it's worth checking yourself — especially if you supply such companies. We can do a first check on the free call.

Will we need to buy new systems?

Not necessarily. Many requirements can be met with existing tools and clear procedures. I only propose investment where the risk justifies it.

Do you perform official audits?

No. I help you prepare for and implement the requirements, and help you get ready if an independent audit is needed.
