What we collect and why

Inquiry and booking form: full name, company, email, phone (optional), the chosen date and time, topic and message. We use this data only to reply to your inquiry, arrange the call and, if agreed, prepare a proposal.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Processors

Form submissions are sent by email through Resend (resend.com), which is also used to send an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide. The site is hosted by Vercel. We use Google services for email and video calls.

Some processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases appropriate safeguards apply — the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. To understand traffic we use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and provides only aggregated statistics, with no personal profiles. Fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser does not contact third-party font servers.

Retention

We keep inquiry data for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a contract is concluded — in that case it is kept for the duration of the contract and as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Contact us at si@irchin.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt).
